Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Slate CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and Support: act as first-level Slate support; diagnose, triage, train, document; monitor usage and propose improvements.
• Project Management: collaborate to manage Slate projects; establish timelines; coordinate tasks; test functionality; document results and gather feedback.
• Training and Documentation: create training materials and SOPs; train users on Slate functionality, processes, and reporting.
• Functional Development and Process Optimization: configure and maintain Slate for Admissions and Slate Student; improve workflows, communications, and data utilization; ensure security and FERPA compliance.
