• We are seeking a Slate Business Operations Specialist to support the administration, optimization, and daily operation of Slate.
• Experience with CRM systems or Slate preferred; strong analytical and data skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes to ensure information systems support departmental needs.
• Serve as the first contact for coworkers regarding designated systems.
• Gather data to contribute to business plans and strategies.
• Run existing queries and assist with new queries development.
• Recommend process improvements for daily operations.
• Coordinate multi-unit business functions.
• Oversee distribution of computer-generated reports to the university community.
• Support daily Slate operations including processing, forms, workflows, and records.
• Configure, maintain, and document Slate functionality.
• Participate in testing and QA for new configurations.
• Monitor operational processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot Slate issues and coordinate resolution.
