Job summary

University of Wisconsin Parkside is seeking an Application Administrator I & Enrollment Systems Specialist to support the Slate CRM and enrollment systems. The role includes configuring, testing, and maintaining the CRM, creating reports, dashboards, and data exports, and coordinating system upgrades with IT and vendors.

You will train users, communicate system changes to campus stakeholders, and assist with admissions initiatives and undergraduate policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience supporting enrollment services, admissions, student records, or other data-intensive administrative operations.
Experience training or supporting users on technology systems and business processes.
Experience using data for reporting, assessment, analysis, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

Configures, maintains, and reviews the Slate CRM and related enrollment systems.
Develops queries, reports, dashboards, and data exports to support enrollment operations and decision-making.
Coordinates system upgrades, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting with IT and vendors.
Provides guidance and training to campus users on system updates and processes.
Assists the Director of Admissions in implementing recruitment and admissions initiatives.
