Job summary

Southern Methodist University is seeking a Slate CRM Analyst to support Undergraduate Admissions and campus stakeholders in implementing and maintaining Slate CRM. The role acts as a liaison between users and IT, ensuring efficient CRM solutions and secure operation.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of technical experience with databases; experience with Slate CRM and SQL is a plus, with preference for higher education familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of technical experience and general database concept knowledge required.
• Slate CRM experience highly preferred; SQL experience a plus.
• Experience in Admission/Higher Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Undergraduate Admissions and key campus stakeholders with Slate CRM implementation and maintenance.
• Gather business requirements, document processes, and prioritize requests for changes.
• Provide data extraction and reporting from Slate CRM and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Develop training documentation and manage Slate CRM security and training for staff.
