Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect to lead enterprise integrations across Slack and Salesforce, guiding architecture from design through implementation and ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.

You will build integrations between Slack and Salesforce products, work with Delivery Managers and customer teams, and develop reusable patterns and AI-native tooling to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on technical consulting (SaaS or professional services preferred).
• Hands-on experience building integrations on collaboration, workflow, or CRM platforms (Slack and Salesforce knowledge a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Slack (Workflow Builder, admin APIs, Slack AI) and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise engagements, translating designs into working implementations.
• Design and build integrations between Slack and Salesforce products and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Configure and extend Slack capabilities to meet customer requirements while prioritizing simple viable paths.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Designers, and customer teams to validate feasibility and scope.
