Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise integrations across Slack and Salesforce ecosystems. You will architect, build, and validate solutions spanning Slack, Salesforce clouds, and third-party systems while ensuring security and scalability.

You will guide delivery teams, run technical workshops, and craft architecture artifacts to support long-term maintainability and adoption of AI-enabled tooling across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on consulting.
• Hands-on experience building integrations on collaboration, workflow, or CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Slack and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and/or Agentforce.
• Experience with REST, webhooks, and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Coding skills in JavaScript/Node, Apex, Python for integrations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ambiguity handling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise engagements, translating designs into implementations.
• Design and build integrations between Slack and Salesforce products and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Configure Slack capabilities to meet customer requirements, favoring simple viable paths.
• Partner with Solution Designers, Delivery Managers, and customer teams to validate feasibility and risks.
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and deployment docs.
• Lead technical workshops and deep-dives with customer teams, guiding trade-off decisions.
• Ensure security, governance, and scalability across Slack and Salesforce platforms.
• Support post-launch adoption with admin enablement and health checks.
• Develop reusable technical patterns and AI-native tooling to boost delivery efficiency.
