Qualifications

8–10+ years in technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on consulting.
Hands-on experience building integrations on collaboration/workflow or CRM platforms.
Strong knowledge of Slack and Salesforce core clouds; Agentforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise engagements.
Design and build integrations between Slack and Salesforce products and third-party systems.
Configure Slack capabilities to meet customer requirements and simplify paths.
Collaborate with Solution Designers, Delivery Managers and customer teams to validate feasibility.
Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and deployment docs.
Lead technical workshops and guide trade-off decisions for scalable solutions.
Ensure security, governance, and scalability across Slack and Salesforce platforms.
Support post-launch adoption, troubleshooting, and platform health checks.
Develop reusable patterns and AI-native tooling to boost delivery efficiency.
