Qualifications

8-10+ years in technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on technical consulting.
Hands-on experience building integrations on collaboration, workflow, or CRM platforms.
Strong knowledge of Slack, Salesforce core clouds, and/or Agentforce.
Experience with REST, webhooks, and event streams across integrations.

Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise engagements.
Design and build integrations between Slack and Salesforce products and third-party systems.
Configure Slack capabilities to meet customer requirements with simple, viable paths.
Validate feasibility, scope technical effort, and identify risks early with stakeholders.
Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and deployment docs.
Lead technical workshops and guide trade-off decisions with customer teams.
Ensure security, governance, and scalability best practices across platforms.
Support post-launch technical adoption and platform health checks.
Create reusable patterns and AI-native tooling to improve delivery efficiency.
