Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience in a high-volume, SLA-driven queue preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and document management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive owner and financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract follow-up activities to meet SLAs.
• Request, validate, and index required documentation.
• Perform contract completeness checks and route corrections.
• Coordinate routine corrections per SOP and escalate when needed.
• Maintain notes, trackers, and case documentation.
• Communicate with NOA teams, Sales, Finance, and Title partners.
• Identify aged or compliance-related risks with documented actions.
• Support audit requests by pulling file evidence and updating trackers.
• Adhere to privacy, data protection, and records retention requirements.
