Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a NOA Contract Resolution Specialist to execute daily contract follow-up tasks, ensure files are complete and ready for recording, and manage an SLA-driven work queue. You will validate documentation, support corrections, and assist with payment validation while safeguarding owner and financial data.

The role requires attention to detail, experience in high-volume queues, and strong communication across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume, SLA-driven queue with deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn contract management systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and discretion with sensitive owner/financial information.
• Timeshare, real estate, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract follow-up activities to meet SLAs.
• Request, validate, and index disclosures, signatures, identification, and payment support.
• Perform contract completeness and quality checks and route files for correction.
• Coordinate routine contract corrections and administrative changes per SOP.
• Maintain accurate notes, trackers, and case documentation.
• Communicate with NOA teams, Sales, Audit/QA, Finance/AR, and Title partners about missing items and actions.
• Identify aged, time-sensitive, or compliance-related risks with documented actions.
• Support audit requests and remediation by pulling file evidence.
• Adhere to privacy, data protection, and records retention when handling owner/financial information.
