Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and high accuracy in contract documents.
• Able to work quickly in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience drafting and editing emails and contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, monthly contract sales pipeline and QA process.
• Ensure contract accuracy and consistency with customers.
• Review purchase documents and NOA for accuracy before release.
• Update Siebel CRM with customer conversations and next-step activities.
• Coordinate with sales leadership and executives to close contracts.
