The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of backend skip tracing experience and a solid understanding of FDCPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of backend skip tracing collections experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of FDCPA and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and locate customers with 91+ days delinquent auto loans.
• Utilize skip tracing tools, databases, social media, and public records.
• Maintain updates with third-party repossession agents and internal teams.
• Document findings in the collections management system with accuracy.
