OneMain Financial Group seeks a Skip Trace Specialist to locate customers and collateral using skip tracing techniques, ensuring compliance with FDCPA and CFPB rules. The role manages a repossession queue and coordinates with vendors to move vehicles toward auction.

You will perform skip tracing, communicate with delinquent customers, and handle paperwork per federal and state regulations. Onsite work in West Valley City, UT with hourly pay and bonus potential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of skip tracing experience in DRN, RDN, idiCORE, Carfax, etc.
• 1+ years of collections or call center experience.
• Strong understanding of skip tracing and systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and complete skip tracing activities on all assigned accounts to prevent charge offs.
• Inbound/outbound calls to discuss delinquency resolution.
• Establish and maintain repossession and transport vendor relationships.
• Manage accounts from repossession assignment to vehicle transport and auction.
• Complete required paperwork including Federal and State regulation letters.
