Job summary

You will recruit, coach, and retain talent, manage schedules and inventory, monitor key metrics, and ensure compliance with safety standards while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License required.
• Previous salon, spa, or beauty management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of sales performance and operational management.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards.
• Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding key business metrics: service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, retail sales.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through staffing, scheduling, coaching, and operational improvements.
• Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
