We are seeking a Store Manager in Rochester, MN to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive financial performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy retail environment.

This role requires passion for skincare, strong leadership, coaching skills, and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license required.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience in beauty/salon operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and build a high-performing team.
• Meet/exceed metrics: service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, and retail sales.
• Recruit, onboard, train, manage performance, and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, sanitation, and legal requirements.
• Provide coaching and feedback; create/manage team schedules for coverage.
• Oversee inventory and ensure product and supply levels.
• Forecast sales, assist budgeting, and partner with owner on store budget.
• Monitor finances to identify revenue opportunities and control expenses.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality services and exceptional guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
• Lead by example and drive training and product education.
• Conduct talent interviews to align with store goals and culture.
