Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations in a timely, professional manner.
• Support Store Manager with scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations; ensure brand standards.
• Drive sales through memberships, retail, and service goals; coach team on customer service.
• Support onboarding and training of Front Bar Receptionists; reinforce product knowledge and procedures.
• Lead marketing efforts to increase guest traffic, social media presence, and local partnerships.
• Plan and execute in-store and community events to boost bookings and brand awareness.
