FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee front bar operations, lead guest experience initiatives, and drive sales. The role spans staff training, schedule planning, inventory management, and ensuring FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in leadership or retail, a passion for skincare, and strong communication skills to foster a welcoming, high-performing team ready to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations in a timely, professional manner.
• Support Store Manager with scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations; ensure brand standards.
• Drive sales through memberships, retail, and service goals; coach team on customer service.
• Support onboarding and training of Front Bar Receptionists; reinforce product knowledge and procedures.
• Lead marketing efforts to increase guest traffic, social media presence, and local partnerships.
• Plan and execute in-store and community events to boost bookings and brand awareness.
