Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Westfield, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to guide daily front bar operations, elevate the guest experience, and help drive sales and memberships. You will assist with training, scheduling, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced skincare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience.
• Salon, spa, beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare and guest experience.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Support the Store Manager with daily scheduling adjustments, team breaks, and front desk operational needs.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering retail and operational supplies, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory organization.
• Support guest retention efforts by ensuring Skin ID cards and follow-up processes are consistently completed.
• Help drive store and individual sales performance, including retail, memberships, and service goals.
• Coach team members on customer service standards to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience.
