Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Indianapolis is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to support daily front bar operations, lead guest experiences, and drive sales while coaching the team on service standards. The role emphasizes leadership development and a welcoming, efficient store environment.

The ideal candidate will supervise scheduling, inventory, and marketing efforts, while ensuring FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards are consistently met during every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Support the Store Manager with daily scheduling adjustments, team breaks, and front desk operational needs.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering retail and operational supplies, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory organization.
• Support guest retention efforts by ensuring Skin ID cards and follow-up processes are consistently completed.
• Help drive store and individual sales performance, including retail, memberships, and service goals.
• Coach team members on customer service standards to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience.
• Identify opportunities for operational growth, increased average ticket, and improved rebooking rates.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ cleanliness, operational, and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist in onboarding and training Front Bar Receptionists to ensure confidence in customer service, memberships, retail sales, and daily operational procedures.
• Teach opening and closing procedures, cleanliness standards, and task management expectations.
• Support leadership in holding the team accountable to sales and performance goals.
• Assist with product knowledge, retail, membership, and service training.
• Support ongoing coaching and development initiatives within the store.
• Help drive achievement of key business metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking percentage, and retail revenue.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store and community events to increase brand awareness and guest bookings.
• Participate in both in-store and off-site events as needed.
• Create engaging, on-brand social media content and ensure marketing materials align with brand standards.
