Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Store Manager for our Westfield, IN location. This role leads operations, financial management and client services for our focused facial bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and steady store growth.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and budgets, and partner with ownership to drive sales and brand standards. Availability for some nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• One year of Salon Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Experience managing budgets and financials.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates high standards of customer service and meets financial metrics.
• Manages personnel including recruitment, training, product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety and legal compliance.
• Creates staff schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours and oversees inventory.
• Forecasts sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans; supports store marketing efforts.
• Oversees delivery of high-quality services, resolves client issues, and maintains a welcoming environment.
• Leads through teaching employees, identifying development needs and ensuring trainings are completed.
• Works with ownership on marketing strategies and promotions to attract new clients.
