FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Community Manager to support front bar operations, lead guest experience, and drive sales in a fast-paced skincare environment. You will help train the team, maintain brand standards, and coordinate marketing and events to grow guest bookings.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about leadership development and skincare. This full-time role involves nights and weekends on-site in Michigan.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Previous salon, spa, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales, and team development.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Mansioni

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Support the Area Manager with daily scheduling adjustments and front desk needs.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering retail and operational supplies, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory organization.
• Support guest retention efforts by ensuring Skin ID cards and follow-up processes are completed.
• Help drive store and individual sales performance, including retail, memberships, and service goals.
• Coach team members on customer service standards to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Identify opportunities for operational growth and improved rebooking rates.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist in onboarding and training Front Bar Receptionists and lead product knowledge sessions.
• Create engaging social media content and support local marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute in-store and community events to increase brand awareness and bookings.
