Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 at Kierland in Arizona is seeking a Keyholder to join the store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while embodying the heritage of our apothecary brand.

You’ll lead by example, help achieve store and individual goals, manage opening/closing, maintain brand image, and train teammates. A flexible schedule and lift requirements apply; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship offered.
• Retail, cosmetics and customer service experience preferred; keyholder experience a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering superior customer service and building relationships to secure repeat business.
• Drive store success by supporting sales goals and executing short- and long-term strategies.
• Manage operations including opening/closing procedures, visual presentation, and a neat, organized environment.
• Develop talent through training and onboarding of new team members and sharing product knowledge.
