Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 in San Diego, CA is hiring a Keyholder to join the store leadership team. You will assist the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, while upholding the heritage of our apothecary.

You will lead by example, support store goals, manage opening/closing, mentor new team members, and maintain brand standards. The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred (cosmetics/retail).
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior customer service while building relationships.
• Support achievement of store sales goals and execute business strategies.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and maintain brand image.
• Train and onboard new team members with product knowledge.
