Kiehl's Since 1851 in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Keyholder to join the store leadership team. You will assist the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the Palm Canyon location.

You'll lead by example, support short- and long-term business goals, manage opening/closing, and help train new team members while embodying our heritage of quality and service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail/cosmetics/customer service experience; Keyholder preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work 2 closing shifts weekly and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand long hours.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship.
