Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking a Kiehl's Keyholder for Kierland, AZ to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience, embodying the heritage of our apothecary culture.

Responsibilities include leading by example, achieving sales goals, managing store operations, and developing team members while maintaining brand presentation. Flexible schedule and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship offered.
• Previous retail, cosmetics, and customer service experience preferred; keyholder experience a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to stand on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
