Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Skilled Laborer to join our nationwide tank construction team. Based on site, you will support above-ground storage tank installation, inspection, and repair, working with power tools, safety equipment, and a collaborative crew.

We value reliability, safety, and willingness to learn. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs., and eligible to work in the United States. Welding is a plus, and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to processes.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Willlingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular job tasks related to above-ground storage tank seal and dome installation, inspection, and repair.
• Operate safety equipment including fall protection and monitoring devices.
• Use tools on site such as power and air tools and testing equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly job site and hardware inventories.
• Support in complying with safety trainings and site-specific procedures.
