Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume culinary operations in a nursing facility.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain food quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Plate and garnish cooked items for an attractive presentation.
• Act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation before and after food service.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with purchasing.
• Handle last-minute requests for special events and facility functions.
