Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions seeks a skilled Dietary Cook for a Nursing Facility. You will prepare nutritious meals, portion accurately, and ensure high presentation standards for all meals. You’ll support the Dietary Manager during their absence to keep meal prep and delivery seamless.

The role requires maintaining rigorous sanitation, managing inventory, and assisting with recipe development for diverse dietary needs. Weekend availability is required for rotating shifts at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following recipes.
• Plate and garnish dishes to enhance presentation.
• Support Dietary Manager in their absence to maintain smooth meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and clean equipment before and after service.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, assist with purchasing, and aid recipe development.
