Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions seeks a talented Cook to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will prepare nutritious meals in a high-volume kitchen, following standardized recipes and ensuring appealing presentation.

Responsibilities include supporting the Dietary Manager, maintaining sanitation, managing inventory, and accommodating special events. Availability to work every other weekend is required.

Qualifications

• Classically trained cook with high-volume culinary operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plate and garnish meals for attractive presentation.
• Support Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation standards and proper cleaning of equipment.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with purchasing and recipe development.
• Handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
