Responsibilities include supporting the Dietary Manager when needed, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting with recipe development. You will also handle special requests for events and facility functions.

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and meal schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Plate and garnish for attractive presentation.
• Support Dietary Manager during their absence.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, rotation, and assist with purchasing; aid recipe development.
