Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Skilled Nursing Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and families. You will greet guests, manage front desk operations, and support daily administrative and medical records tasks to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Experience with medical records systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Sunrise systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
• Serve as telephone receptionist and route messages accurately.
• Perform clerical duties to support Skilled Nursing operations.
• Maintain complete medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Assemble, file and manage resident charts, admissions and discharge documentation.
• Transcribe physician orders and support nursing documentation as requested.
• Monitor record accuracy and report deficiencies.
• Support risk management, infection control and safety practices.
