Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Skilled Nursing Concierge to greet visitors and residents, manage front desk operations and support medical records in our Skilled Nursing Center.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support residents, families and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience; skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with medical records systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Sunrise systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents and families and manage front desk operations.
• Serve as telephone receptionist and route messages accurately and promptly.
• Perform clerical duties to support Skilled Nursing operations.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with federal, state and Sunrise standards.
• Assemble, file and manage resident charts, admissions and discharge documentation.
• Transcribe physician orders and support nursing documentation as requested.
• Monitor record accuracy and report deficiencies.
• Support risk management, infection control and safety practices.
• Assist residents, families and team members with inquiries and information.
