Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Skilled Nursing Concierge to greet visitors, residents and families at the front desk and coordinate daily administrative and medical records tasks. You will ensure accurate documentation while delivering compassionate customer service aligned with Sunrise's mission.

The role involves transcribing physician orders, supporting nursing documentation, and maintaining compliant records across Sunrise systems and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience required or preferred in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with medical records systems is preferred.

• Maintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with federal, state and Sunrise standards.

• Monitor record accuracy and report deficiencies.
• Support risk management, infection control and safety practices.
• Assist residents, families and team members with inquiries and information.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma/GED required
• Customer service experience; skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Sunrise systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion

Pay Range

15.00 - 18.80
