Qualifications

• 3+ years cooking experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining environments.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep stations, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and prepares, seasons, cooks, and serves food items.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty.
• Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment; maintains food safety standards.
• Operates kitchen equipment and manages mise en place for multiple stations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
