Christy Sports is seeking a Repair Tech to maintain and repair skis and snowboards, ensuring guests enjoy peak performance on the mountain. You'll assess repairs, provide service options, and keep the workshop organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Proven ski or snowboard experience and passion.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with POS systems (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to learn the trade; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Tune skis and snowboards and perform repairs.
• Assess service options and provide options.
• Maintain pricing and promotions.
• Keep the workshop clean and safe.
• Follow safety standards in the repair shop.
• Monitor inventory and industry trends.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties.
