Christy Sports in Aspen, CO is hiring a Rental Technician to help guests gear up and feel confident before their slopes. Bring your passion for winter sports, love for helping people, and knowledge of the sport to deliver best-in-class guest service.

You’ll fit boots and gear, achieve binding certification, share gear knowledge, and troubleshoot equipment. We offer the Adventure Lifestyle Package with a free ski pass, employee discounts, growth opportunities, and a great team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong English fluency (written and verbal).
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to talk ski or board shop all day.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Get people excited for their ski or ride day by expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert.
• Share your knowledge of gear and mountain culture, guiding guests toward the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
