Christy Sports is seeking a Repair Tech to ensure guests are set up with perfectly tuned skis and snowboards. You’ll apply sharpening, waxing, mounting, and other repairs while delivering friendly, expert service that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess tuning or repair needs and recommend service options.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, etc.
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow Christy Sports safety standards in the repair shop.
• Monitor inventory and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.
