Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background with a passion for the sport.
• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail in a fast paced shop.
• Clear written and verbal communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and high level of service to guests.
• Assess tuning or repair needs and recommend options.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling.
• Maintain accurate pricing and promote current deals.
• Keep workshop clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety standards in the repair shop.
• Monitor inventory and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties.
