Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy, fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles.
• Help guests choose gear and explain mountain culture.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a safety expert.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
