Christy Sports in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Repair Technician to tune skis and snowboards and repair gear. You’ll use your technical skills and product knowledge to deliver top-tier service and keep guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess tuning or repair needs and recommend service options.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
