Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Ski & Ride School Manager to lead the resort's Ski & Ride School, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and high staff performance.

You will collaborate with the Director of Skier Services and other departments to drive quality, growth, and safety. The role demands leadership, PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification, and the ability to operate in a high alpine environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years experience as a Ski & Ride School Instructor.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Must work well in a team with strong guest service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, weekdays, evenings, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Connect to and develop supervisors, pros and support staff at their assigned location; implement and enforce Ski & Ride School and company policies.
• Resolve guest complaints using company values and tools.
• Drive business through quality control of products, labor management, and safety for staff and guests.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, and other departments to foster support and trust.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day supplies and program tools for on-site and off-site operations.
• Lead and model the Company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Contribute to development of future strategic initiatives for the department.
• Ensure staffing aligns with daily business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
