Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking an organized Ski & Ride School Supervisor to oversee our Ski and Snowboard School. You will manage lesson assignments, create instructor schedules, and oversee staff training to ensure memorable experiences for guests and staff.

The role requires leadership in PSIA/AASI methods, safety practices, and strong communication with the operations team. Seasonal on-site work with housing on-mountain options is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PSIA/AASI Level II (or higher) or comparable teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices; CPR/first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lesson activities by assessing guest needs and aligning staff accordingly.
• Train staff through orientation programs and PSIA/AASI methods.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and communicate with operations scheduler.
• Monitor lesson quality and assist with groups including children and guests with special needs.
• Handle service recovery by addressing and resolving guest concerns.
