Crotched Mountain is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Ski & Ride School. You will lead, coach, and schedule staff, coordinate competition services, and manage departmental administration to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as Ski & Ride School Instructor or related ski industry role.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing and administrative functions.
• US Ski & Snowboard coaching certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ski & Ride School Manager in daily operations, ensuring guest service and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop supervisors, instructors, coaches, and staff.
• Oversee race programs, training groups, athlete registration, and event logistics.
