Job summary

Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. seeks a seasoned Ski & Ride School leader for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. This role guides daily operations, program development, staff supervision, and guest experience across our acclaimed learning areas.

You will supervise instructors, manage resources, ensure safety standards, and partner with training teams to elevate lesson quality while delivering top-tier service to guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Five years of teaching and supervisory experience.
• Skilled skiing/riding; Level I certification preferred.
• Strong planning and budgeting aptitude.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and evaluate Ski & Ride School services and staff.
• Coordinate learning area operations and teaching staff scheduling.
• Mentor instructors and ensure program quality and safety.
• Manage budgets and resources to meet goals and guest needs.
• Communicate with guests and leadership to resolve issues.
