Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a ski/snowboard school, instruction program, or customer-facing service role.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Ski & Ride School lesson programs and ensure high-quality guest experience.
• Develop and grow private lessons and learn-to-ski/snowboard programs for youth and adults.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise instructors; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee scheduling, bookings, reporting, and daily operational continuity.
