Vail Resorts’ Hunter Mountain Ski & Ride School is hiring for winter 2026/2027, seeking qualified instructors, supervisors and support staff. The roles offer competitive starting pay and opportunities to grow within a leading mountain operations team.

Positions are winter seasonal with full-time hours, housing not provided, and benefits including passes, lessons, and retirement plan. Apply by December 15th or when filled.

Competenze

• Five years of teaching and supervisory experience in ski programs.
• PSIA/AASI/USSCA Level I minimum certification preferred.
• Strong planning, administrative and mathematical skills.

Mansioni

• Plan, supervise and evaluate Ski & Ride School services and operations.
• Lead staff meetings, assign tasks and review work with teams.
• Plan staffing, schedules and budget in collaboration with leadership.
• Monitor lesson quality, mentor staff and implement improvements.
• Open/close learning areas, manage safety and signage, maintain records.
