Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort seeks a Director to lead the Ski & Ride School, drive program growth, recruit, train staff, and manage financial plans. This leadership role focuses on safety, guest experience, and staff development while aligning with resort goals.

The incumbent will mentor instructors, oversee lesson pricing, and collaborate with Marketing to promote programs. Strong supervisory and PSIA/AASI credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic about the sport of skiing, snowboarding, and coaching.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience and at least 10 years of teaching snow sports.
• PSIA/AASI Level II or III current certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ski & Ride School operations and instruction programs for adults and children.
• Delegate responsibilities, motivate, and lead direct reports to achieve goals.
• Move across the mountain and base facilities year-round to oversee programs.
• Assist Front Desk and guest services with private lessons and packages to promote sales.
• Create and price lessons and programs in coordination with General Manager; collaborate with Marketing.
