Job summary

Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Steamboat Springs, CO. The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience in casual dining and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will lead all phases of outlet operations, manage staffing, training, inventory, and guest experience, while maintaining safety and service standards. This position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth in a world-class ski resort

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Two years of supervisory/management experience in casual dining.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and management techniques.
• Able to read and understand budgets and P&L statements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all outlet operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing and scheduling for the outlet.
• Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash deposits.
• Hire, train and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Maintain beverage levels and manage ordering.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
