Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a top-level dining outlet and oversee a service-focused team on site at Steamboat. Candidates should have at least two years of supervisory and operations experience in casual dining, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of casual service dining room supervision experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of outlet operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee HR issues for FOH staff.
• Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts.
• Hire, train and motivate FOH service team.
• Maintain beverage levels and manage ordering.
• Develop and implement service standards training.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash deposits.
• Ensure guest dining experience and floor presence.
