Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead food and beverage operations on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory and operations experience in a casual dining setting, and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

An attached resume is required and annual base salary is described below with the Steamboat area range. Colorado wage policies, benefits, and seasonal considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory/operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Colorado Alcohol Server Training or plan to attend within 30 days; Food Manager and Aller-train cert or plan within 14 days.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of outlet operations; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts.
• Manage payroll procedures.
• Maintain beverage levels and manage ordering.
• Implement training programs for FOH and beverage servers.
• Hire, train and motivate front-of-house staff.
• Reconcile daily sales, reports, and cash deposits.
• Monitor guest dining experience.
