Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Hazie’s and Thunderhead operations. The role requires supervisory experience in casual dining, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

You will oversee outlets, staffing, scheduling and budgeting while maintaining service excellence and a safe, compliant environment. The job is a salary exempt position with weekend/holiday work expectations.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of casual service dining room supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and perform physical duties.

• Oversee all phases of outlet operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee HR issues for front-of-house staff.
• Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts.
• Manage all staff payroll procedures.
• Maintain beverage levels and inventory.
• Implement training programs for service standards.
• Hire, train and motivate front-of-house service team.
• Inspect buffet and ensure high-quality presentation.
